Do your mechanical keyboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all ClickClack hardware includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Are the electronics compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Most of our peripherals are plug-and-play compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. Check product specifications for specific driver requirements.
Can I swap the switches on my keyboard?
Hot-swappable models are clearly labeled in the product description. For non-hot-swap models, soldering is required and may void the warranty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique carrier number.
Do you offer international power adapters?
Our devices use standard USB-C charging. For wall-plug items, we ship the regional adapter based on your shipping address.
Is the firmware for your devices open-source?
Selected enthusiast models support QMK/VIA firmware. Please refer to the 'Software' section on the product page.
